MLHG (*) - The MLHG Group name of the fallback MLHG used for receiving the calls redirected from the main number and internal number if the concierge endpoint is out of service. This field is a dropdown box that contains all MLHG Groups which are defined in the ‘Subscribers’ tab and have ‘UCD’ set as Pilot hunt type (MLHG Type), since this is a requirement for the Concierge fallback MLHG.
