4.18.6 DDI Lookups

Main Pilot Number (*) - The main number of Concierge. This must be translated to be routed to Concierge endpoint destination. This number must be defined in the OSV but not assigned to a subscriber.
Main Call For(*) - Friendly name for the main number of Concierge. Defaults to "Main".
Main Priority(*) - Priority for the Pilot Number. Defines the servicing of received calls in the queue. The default is "1".
Internal Attendant Pilot Number (*) - Internal Attendant Number
Internal Attendant Speed Dial List (*) - Speed Dial List for Internal Attendant Number.
Internal Attendant Speed Dial Entry (*) - Speed Dial List Entry that will be created on the OSV for Internal Attendant Number. This entry must not be already defined for the specified Speed Dial List. Example: 79
Internal Attendant Call For (*) - Friendly name of Internal Attendant Number.
Internal Attendant Priority(*) - Priority for the Pilot Number defining the servicing of received calls in the queue.
CFNR Pilot Number (*) - Target for CFNR of office users. Format: e164 number
CFNR Call For (*) - Friendly name of CFNR Number.
CFNR Priority (*) - Priority for the CFNR Pilot Number defining the servicing of received calls in the queue.
CFB Pilot Number (*) - Target for CF Busy of office users. Format: e164 number Example: 49221283741903
CFB Call For (*) - Friendly name of CF Busy Number. Example: busy
CFB Priority(*) - Priority for the CF Busy Pilot Number defining the servicing of received calls in the queue. Example: 2
