Executive/Assistant Group Name (*) - All subscribers that belong to an EA configuration must have the same Group Name assigned. This name can be chosen arbitrarily.

Subscriber (Private) Extension (*) - Reference to the subscriber. Use the Directory Number from the Subscribers tab.

Subscriber Site Name - User specified name for their location/site.

Function - Indicate the subscriber’s function (and position) in the EA configuration.

Executive/Assistant Relationship - Select the applicable EA relationship for the subscriber to one of the other parties in the EA group.

Prefill Executive Assistant arrangement - Allows some time savings by auto-populating some of the EA Group fields based upon a selection of the arrangement type from a subsequent popup window.
