First Name (*) - This is the first name of the provisioned subscriber.

Last Name (*) - This is the last name of the provisioned subscriber.

Site Name (*) - This is the Site Name (as defined in the 'Site' tab) which the provisioned subscriber belongs to.

Extension - The Extension number should be in the range entered in the "Extension Range" field in either the Endpoints or Site tabs.

Subscriber Dialing Permissions (*) - Important Note: This field is only mandatory for RA deployments in case the respective subscriber is assigned a CDC predefined Feature Profile! More specifically, in this case it is the responsibility of the user to configure Dialing Permissions for this subscriber according to his assigned Feature Profile.

Directory Number (*) - This is mandatory field. Either the E.164 numbers can be entered which are in the range given on the Endpoint tab or Fully Qualified Private numbers can be entered which are in the range given on the Site tab.

External Caller ID - This column represents the calling DN sent out when a call is made from a subscriber. Generally this is used to represent an Attendant in the office which takes the calls and transfers the calls to the appropriate person in the office.
When the External Caller ID is left empty the value is taken the same as the Direct Inward Dialing Number. |

Analog Adapter Port - Optional field which defines the port number for the subscriber DN on a ATA. Port numbering starts from port 1.
|

Analog Adapter Fax (T.38) - Optional field which enables FXS interface T.38 fax negotiation for the subscriber DN on an ATA.

MLHG Group - Subscribers belonging to the same Hunt Group (MLHG) must have the same Group ID entered. A subscriber can be part of multiple hunt groups, therefore, this can be a comma separated list. A comma separated list may be used here. The pilot can be also be DID.

|
MLHG Type (only set for pilot number) - Hunting algorithm for the MLHG. Is assigned to the pilot number of the MLHG. Required for the pilot number of the hunt group.

Pickup Group - Assigned number of the pickup group. Start with 1 and increment by one for each new pickup group. Insert the same number for all the devices in the same pickup group. (must be a decimal number less than 10,000).

Openscape Mobile Feature - Enable/disable OpenScape Mobile Feature. Default value is 'no'.
|
•
|
Circuit User - If enabled the subscriber will be configured as a Circuit user connected via ATC. Default value is 'no'.

Phone PIN - Not yet used.

Voicemail - This field is used to overwrite the 'Default Voice Mail Assignment' in the General Tab. If the field is left empty then the value from 'Default Voice Mail Assignment' will be used.

Faxmail - Default value for Xpressions FaxMail is “No”.If Faxmail is set to “Yes” while Voicemail is set to “No”, then email address should be provided and following should be set:

Remote Subscriber - Set it to 'yes' for subscribers behind a central-SBC.

Feature Profile - Needed only if the customer has defined Feature Profiles.

DLS Profile - By filling up this field you may override the DLS Profile that is automatically assigned by CDC. The user should make sure that the specified DLS profile is accurate.
