4.3.2 Core Solution Servers (OSEE V10)

License / OSCC / XPR / Concierge Server(s) (*) - Windows 1 servers.
Windows 1 comprises of the following components:
•
License Server
•
OpenScape Contact Center Server
•
Xpressions Server
•
Concierge Server
IMPORTANT:  This field is mandatory for OSEE V10 installations.
NOTE:  The above field is only visible when field Contact Center version in tab Start is set to a value other than No OSCC Server.

NOTE:  The above field is only visible for Standard Duplex OSV scenarios (field OpenScape Voice Type set to Standard Duplex in tab General).

Windows 2 comprises of the following component:

Trace Manager Server
IMPORTANT:  This field is mandatory for OSEE V10 installations!
NOTE:  The above field is only visible for Integrated Simplex OSV scenarios (field OpenScape Voice Type set to Integrated Simplex in tab General).

UC / CMP / Composer / IM Server(s) (*) - UC & Composer servers.
UC comprises of the following components:
•
UC Server (Small)
•
Common Management Portal (CMP)
•
UC Media Server
•
Instant Messaging Server
•
Composer Server
IMPORTANT:  This field is mandatory for OSEE V10 Standard Duplex installations! In case of Integrated Simplex, UC servers are integrated in OSV and there is a separate (standalone) Composer server.
NOTE:  The above field is only visible for Standard Duplex OSV scenarios (field OpenScape Voice Type set to Standard Duplex in tab General).
•
Composer Server (standalone) (*) - Composer (standalone) server.
IMPORTANT:  This field is mandatory for OSEE V10 Integrated Simplex installations! In case of Standard Duplex, Composer is co-hosted with UC.
NOTE:  The above field is only visible for Integrated Simplex OSV scenarios (field OpenScape Voice Type set to Integrated Simplex in tab General).
