Navigate to the Endpoints tab and press the Show list of supported countries button on the upper right corner.

Switch to the Country Data tab and highlight the row of the country which will use the custom routing rules for emergency calls.

Select the desired rule in the Prefix Code for Emergency Numbers column.

Save your project.
