3.2.12 OpenScape Contact Center Configuration File

This file is currently generated only for the Deployment Architecture of OpenScape Enterprise Express / vApp. It configures the Contact Center component of the OpenScape Enterprise Express solution. The OSCC configuration filename is:
CDC_OSCC_Config.txt
 
How to Create
Go to OSCC tab. Input the necessary values for the one or two call centers and their associated agents and supervisors. Click the Generate Config button. Ensure that the OSCC option is checked.
How to Import into OSCC

Put the generated file on the OSCC system.

Execute the OSCCWebCDCImport.exe tool and specify the WebCDC generated WebCDC_OSCC_Config.txt file. See the OpenScape Enterprise Express Installation Guide for additional details of the use of the OSCCWebCDCImport tool.
What It Configures
The OpenScape Contact Center for one or two call center groups and their respective attendants and supervisors.
