3.2.7 OpenScape UC App Domain File

The Write OpenScape UC App. Domain File (csv) button generates the domain_configuration.csv file, which contains OpenScape UC Application users and their attributes as well as information about resources. (A detailed explanation of the UC App Domain file and its contents is available in Appendix C of the OpenScape Common Management Platform Administrator document).
NOTE:  Before generating the OpenScape UC Application domain file, the user must first determine system ID for OpenScape UC App. To do this, follow the directions provided below under “How to Create”.

How to Create
Before beginning, the user must ensure that the OpenScape UC basic configuration section is populated on the General tab, along with any other appropriate information.
1. On the Common Management Platform, go to Maintenance > Recovery > Import&Export > Export (direct link on the right) to export the domain_configuration.csv file and obtain the system ID for the OpenScape UC App from this file.
2. Also gather the following information:

The host name of the Common Management Platform (CMP).
–
The domain path where the OpenScape UC Application users will be administered.

The CSTA IP address and port number of OpenScape Voice.

In the WebCDC tool fill in the needed values in the respective tabs. Click the Generate Config button. Ensure that the UC option is checked.
How to Import into UC Application
1. Ensure that OpenScape UC App and its licenses are installed.
2. Consult the Readme.txt file in the generated files folder for the latest information on how to install the file.
