E Request Country Data Support

In order to request support for a country code that is not listed under the Country Code field in the Endpoints tab, please follow the procedure described below to open a WebCDC ticket:
1.
Open the Endpoints tab and click on the Show list of supported countries button located in the upper right corner of the Endpoints tab area.
2.
Download the country data template (in excel format) by pressing the Country Data Template button.
3.
Fill in the required values for the desired country in the downloaded template.
NOTE:  The fields are described in Section 4.6, “Country Data Tab”.
4.
Issue a WebCDC ticket providing the Country Data Template.
