About the Web Customer Data Collection Tool
This guide describes the Web based Customer Data Collection (WebCDC) Tool and its use. It is the follow-on product to the earlier Excel tabs based CDC.
NOTE:
WebCDC V1 has been approved for
use in new installations of V10 OpenScape solutions
. WebCDC V1 is also backward compatible to support OpenScape V9 solution. This includes support to add deltas of new remote sites upon established deployments.
