9 RG 8700 Configuration Files

The A-law and mu-law codec setting are automatically filled in by WebCDC on basis of the country code of the RG 8700 gateway.

Using FTP transfer the files mentioned above to the RG 8700 gateway.
IMPORTANT: Transfer the files to the RG8700 gateway in BINARY mode, otherwise script execution will fail.

Open a telnet session to the RG8700 system and run the following command:

Reboot the RG 8700 gateway.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining two files.
Note: <gwname> should match the "target name" that is entered when initially configuring the RG 8700 via the craft port. In these initial steps the RG 8700 management IP address is also set. Specific entries can be found at the route ID section of <gwname>_config2.txt:

Rename root.pem to CAcert.pem

Transfer all copied *.pem files to the /ad0/data/ssl/certs directory on the RG 8700.
