8 OpenScape UC App Domain File

The "domain_configuration.csv" file contains information about OpenScape UC Application users and their attributes.
1.
Make sure that OpenScape UC App and its licenses are installed.
3.
Complete the Public and Private Office Codes on the CMP:
Configuration > Unified Communications > Office Codes.
Select the Comm. System.
a)
Select the Public Office Code to be completed.
b)
Select the Private Office Code to be completed.
Ensure that all applicable public and private office codes have been correctly completed/programmed.

Create the UC Domain Prefixes on the CMP:
On the CMP, navigate to Configuration > Unified Communications > Prefixes.
a)
Select the Comm.System.
b)
Select a Public Prefix and fill in the required prefix information.
c)
Click Save.
Ensure that the Public prefix is successfully completed/programmed (i.e., a green check mark should show in the complete column).
d)
Select a Private Prefix and fill in the required prefix information.
e)
Click Save.
Ensure that the Private prefix is successfully completed/programmed (i.e., a green check mark should show in the complete column).
5.
To import the UC Domain Configuration on a:
V5 OpenScape UC server, do the following:
a)
On the CMP, navigate to Operation & Maintenance > Recovery > Import & Export > Import.
b)
Select the import file and then click Next.
Select "Common Management Portal" as type of file to be imported and "Domain Management" as included type of data and click Import.
V6/V7/V9 OpenScape UC server, do the following:
a)
On the CMP, navigate to Maintenance > Recovery > Import.
b)
On the "Import - Step 1" window, click on Browse:
Select the import file and then click Next.
Select "Common Management Portal" as the type of file to be imported, and "Domain Management" as the type of data.
