If the "Plug&Play enabled" box is not checked, check it.

The "Plug & Play" (P&P) feature MUST be enabled on the DLS server in order for the device profile configurations to be pushed onto the phone devices.

If the P&P feature is not enabled on the DLS server, the device profile configurations will not be downloaded onto the phone devices.

Navigate to Deployment Service > IP Devices > IP Device Management > IP Device Configuration and click on Views: Search (upper middle section) and then on Search button (at the bottom of the screen) to show the current entries.

On the next window, navigate to the location where the "import_dls.csv" file is stored and select it.

Click on the Import button.
|

Wait for the file to be imported onto the DLS server and then verify that the import is successful (no errors reported by DLS server) by checking the latest entry under Administration > Display Logging Data > P&P Import Protocols.
