6 OpenScape Voice Provisioning Configuration File

Note: Make sure that a valid license is installed on the OSV server before importing the OSV configuration generated by WebCDC. Otherwise, only 10 SIP subscribers will be able to successfully register with the OSV.
The "openscapevoiceconfig.txt" file contains the configuration necessary to configure OpenScape Voice system for the solution.
 
How to import the "openscapevoiceconfig.txt" file on the OSV system:
For OpenScape Voice V6, V7 and V8:
To import this file using the Common Management Portal (CMP), follow the steps below:
1.
Navigate to Maintenance > Recovery > Import.
2.
On the "Import - Step 1" window, click on Browse.
3.
Navigate to the location where the "openscapevoiceconfig.txt" file is stored and select it.
4.
Click on Open.
5.
Click on Next.
6.
Select:
–
"OpenScape Voice" as the type of file to be imported,
–
"All Configuration data" as the type of data, and
–
the OpenScape Voice switch as the target node.
7.
Click on Import.
The results of the OSV import can be downloaded by navigating to Maintenance > Recovery > Import & Export > Import and clicking Download.
